Plot - How the life of a normal girl 'Aruvi' gets into some troubles and how she put an end to it forms the crux of the story.

      'Aruvi' is the debut film for Arun Prabhu Purushothaman. This film got screened in many International Film Festivals. The film was appreciated by all the top Kollywood celebrities and critics after the preview show. 

Performance of the Star Cast - Aditi Balan delivered a splendid performance and she really deserves National Award. Her acting and dialogue delivery was so natural and lively, in which she doesn't look like a newcomer. Her characterisation really gave life to that character 'Aruvi'. Her bold avatar will make you stunned. Every character in the film made a stronger impact with their performance in both emotional and humour scenes.

Technical Works - Shelley Calist's visuals will make you come out of the cinematic feel to realistic feel. Raymond Derrick Crasta's editing work was really amazing one. The two music directors deserves a great appreciation for giving soul to the film with their score. 

Director's Involvement of the Script - Like some debut directors, Arun Prabhu Purushothaman is having a great talent in making Tamil cinema with great standards. The plot is so simple, but he marked his brilliance in the film with different making style. He made us to think about the screenplay of the film in a very serious perspective. But, he will really make us laugh more than becoming emotional to it. He deserves a great appreciation for handling the hard-hitting content.

Screenplay Execution - In the beginning, the film will test our patience for few minutes. After that, we all will be so connected with the core of the plot from the TV Show scene. The screenplay took a top-gear and made the entire audience to laugh and think about some sensible social issues. The interval block was simply superb. After that, the humour content becomes so strong and created a scenario of a laugh-riot. Towards the climax, the screenplay travels in an emotional track and gave a happy ending. 

Main Negatives - This film have some minor flaws. Some may feel uncomfortable with the different moods of the film. The sudden transition in it will make some distraction for them. Everyone will feel that the film travels only in the same place. But, at the end, the film will really give you a feel of heart warming and you will be satisfied to the core. 

Verdict
           'Aruvi' will give you a realistic cinema experience in a very different making style. The film will make you stick with the content. The director will make you laugh and emotional at the same time. Finally, it deserves a special place in your hearts. Just go and watch 'Aruvi' for the entire team's great work.
