Plot - Poppy Adams, the biggest criminal mastermind destroys the entire headquarters of Kingsman with the help of a rejected Kingsman agent. Then she controls the entire world with a deadly disease .With the help of an US Spy Organisation 'Statesman', Kingsman agents Eggsy and Merlin are trying to save the world from her. What happens next forms the crux of the story.
In 2014, some Hollywood movies impressed us a lot, and Kingsman: The Secret Service is one among them. The reason we loved the first part is just because of the stunning and ruthless action sequences in an usual spy thriller plot. When the production of Kingsman announced it's sequel, the fans were so happy and waited to watch it in screens including me. Taron Egerton delivered a wonderful performance like what he did in first part. The other supporting actors had done their job very well. Juliann Moore, an Oscar Award actress played a negative shade, but still her deadly villain characterization was not strong. Singer Elton John comes as himself, and scored his best towards the climax. Pedro Pascal who comes as a Statesman agent gave justice to his part. He stole the show in that rope stunt sequences. Some connections of first part in the film was really nice and touching. In the beginning itself, the action was at it's peak in which the cinematography for that particular scene was handled so perfectly. After that action sequence. the director entered into the main plot immediately. The screenplay in the first half was very good with a proper flow. Director made us laugh in many scenes with some good humour stuffs. Every characters were introduced one by one in a correct order to the storyline. The romance portions were handled wherever necessary to the story. The flow was also good in second half. Some emotions were also conveyed properly and also made us convincing. But what lacks is, the impact is not much stronger like first part. The pattern used by the director in this sequel has some reflections of first part. So, this made us to compare some scenes with the first part. This is the main reason why the audience doesn't receive the impact properly. The disease factor used in the film reminded me of Suriya's 7aam Arivu. The action sequences were really superb that we have to agree. It was choreographed in a very ruthless and blood shattering manner. If the impact was stronger, this would have been a best sequel. But still, the film doesn't make us feel bored and kept us engaging.
Verdict - This sequel failed in some scenes to impress us because of the stronger impact of first part. But that doesn't affect the entire film. This Power Packed Ruthless Action Sequel deserves a must watch once. All action lovers will love and enjoy this film. Go for it.
